At Compassion Psychotherapy, my goal is simple: to offer a space where you feel heard—really heard. Life can feel overwhelming sometimes. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, burnout, low self-esteem, or just trying to get through the day, you deserve support that meets you where you are.
I’m Christyn, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) based in Ontario, and I offer virtual therapy sessions for both teens and adults across the province. Together, we’ll work toward building more calm, confidence, and clarity in your life.
