In a world that often feels rushed and overwhelming, compassion can be one of the most powerful tools for healing. At Compassion Psychotherapy, I offer what I call compassion counselling—a blend of therapeutic approaches grounded in warmth, patience, and presence.


My name is Christyn Greczkowski, and I'm a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I offer virtual therapy for teens and adults, focusing on helping clients feel grounded, heard, and supported.


What Is Compassion Counselling?


Compassion counselling is more than just being kind—it's a therapeutic approach that

brings together evidence-based tools and a deep, human understanding of your lived experience. It involves:

I use a mix of Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and self-compassion practices to support clients through anxiety, depression, life transitions, and low self-worth.
